Submit a Session for the 2023 Annual Convening in Chicago

With the theme of "We Will Flourish: Building Our Table, Defining Our Legacy," AAC's Annual Convening is returning to a two-day experience in Chicago on November 11 + 12, 2023.

We invite you to support our community by presenting at our Annual Convening! Share your expertise, questions, vision, and passion with our community through a session at our Convening. 

What You Need to Know

• Proposals will be accepted through September 10 at 11:00 PM EST.

• Notifications regarding proposals and virtual support will be sent out no later than September 18, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted. 

• Each approved proposal will receive complimentary admission to the Convening for each presenter and a $100 honorarium for your labor. Please limit presenters to no more than three (3) per session, unless proposing a panel, which should not exceed six (6) people. 

• Submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Convening Committee, which includes staff and board members of Arts Administrators of Color Network.
