The Arts Administrators of Color Network (AAC) is bringing its Annual Convening to the West Coast for the very first time! Join us in Los Angeles, November 8–9, 2025, for two days of immersive workshops, community care, and creative celebration rooted in joy.
Since 2017, AAC’s convening has grown into a vital national gathering for Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) and global majority arts leaders. This year’s theme—“Rooted in Care, Rising in Joy”—centers healing, connection, and creativity as acts of resistance and restoration.
We’re proud to partner with Creative West’s Leaders of Color Program, a transformative leadership initiative serving over 200 alumni across the Western U.S. Together, we’ll co-create a convening that affirms BIPOC leadership and invests in the future of our field.
